We spent 3 night and lived the location. Quick walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Free parking. The inn is very quiet. Comfortable bed, great shower. We were in room 6. Very basic but that’s exactly what we were looking for.

What a gem! We were disappointed that we were only staying one night! Our room (#10), was wonderful. Largest room I think we've ever stayed in, with beautiful antique pieces, a large sitting area with a couch and 2 chairs, huge bathroom, and very comfortable bed and pillows. We would highly recommend staying here.

This place is a gem. It is a genuine 19th century building that contains large beautifully appointed rooms. The rooms a very tastefully decorated with some lovely antiques but quite comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is provided and is within easy walking distance to the “downtown “ area of this small town. We had a great breakfast the bistro just across the street. Highly recommend.

The Kearsage Inn is our favorite place to stay in North Conway. The staff is great. Our room is very large and clean, as is the bathroom. The bed was great. We like the fireplace in the fall. It is quiet, has good parking, and is very close to the unique main street shops and restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay at this property. It is a cluster of buildings in the heart of town. Very convenient. It was like staying at a large home rather than a hotel. Spacious rooms with plenty of furniture. Very nice.
