"Clean, peaceful just beautiful"

"Thank you for a great long weekend in Maine. Half of our family enjoyed skiing at Mt. Pleasant for a day when the other half of our family cross country skied at king pine. We were able to snow shoe locally at Pondicherry park in Bridgton too and were able to use your snow shoes that were provided at the house. Thank you! "My husband and I really enjoyed this lovely log cabin in Jackson, NH. We were impressed with how solid and well-built the cabin is. The decor is simple and unique. As others mentioned, the 2 downstairs beds have very firm mattresses. An extra blanket on each for warmth as the nights get colder would be nice. The location is convenient, yet private and quiet. The owners have made it easy to know what to expect and their " house rules " are reasonable. We would stay there again."

"We came up to get our kids (4&6) skiing at pleasant mountain. Location was convenient and well priced for a very low key long weekend. House had what we needed including games and puzzles. We were able to get out and explore both bridgton and North Conway easily. We spent little time outside on the property with some wet weather but imagine that would have upped the experience another notch."

"The house was perfect for so we could all get ready for a wedding nearby. Plenty of room for everyone and the owner even let us check in a few hours early so we could shower before an early rehearsal dinner. Will definitely be looking to stay again over the winter to go skiing!"

"We had a wonderful time, and the house is great. It was spotless and great layout. The game room was so much added fun. Owner shared great information on the surrounding area. The deck was perfect for lazy afternoons and evenings. Only complaint, two upstairs single beds only had boxsprings on them. That left two of the guests sleeping on the couch and futon...not what we planned on but made the best of it. The benefits of the house far outweigh this one glitch."

"From the minute we booked, George was incredibly friendly and helpful, sending us directions, restaurant reccomendations, and helpful videos to help ensure our stay is as good as possible! He called me as soon as we arrived to welcome us and give us an opportunity in case we had any questions. This cabin was wonderfully secluded and I don't think I've EVER seen so many stars at night. "Fabulous stay. Took my adult daughter and her two dogs out for a quick overnight adventure. Loved staying in the treehouse (birdie). Perfect size, location on property was good (away from other structures) and had picnic table, potbelly stove, grill, and out house right near the treehouse. They supplied bedding,camp chairs, and even a small battery powered fan. They also offered and we accepted ATV transport of our things from our parking spot to the treehouse. Did a local mountain hike...

"Very cozy, clean and stylish home for our 3-day ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a great big table. Perfectly roomy for 2 families and we loved we could bring our pups. It’s a short walk to the Bear Back trail on Bear Peak and you’re right at the lift."

"Beautiful cabin, very close to Sunday River and town. Had everything we needed and the hot tub and fireplace were nice after a long day skiing. We booked the private chef for dinner one night and it was an amazing meal- highly recommended!"

"This place is great, it has all of the comforts of home. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The camp was very clean and I'm a bit OCD, so this place really made our stay so nice. We had a fire, cooked out, had family visit, watched movies. We brought our pets, Tessa and Petals, not much we could ask for. I wish there were outside lights on both porches and the grill could use a grate that fits and a full size coffee maker. Other than that everything was perfect, the kitchen...

"We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!"
