"We (4 adults and 3 children) stayed very comfortably for 3 nights in the Saco River home. The instructions and guide to the property from the host were very clear and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was great for Conway amenities and groceries and less than a 30min drive to Attitash for skiing. We loved the hot-tub and pool table as well as the river front. It made for a special New Year's Eve and would certainly stay there again."

"This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."

"We traveled to Jackson to hike for s couple days. The house was a perfect launch spot and had everything to make oir stay comfortable. Very clean and a wonderful host. We will be back as my woman’s group is planning a hike trip this fall,"

"Wow I’m so glad I stayed here! The house was beautiful! Clean, stocked, convenient to everything! I was there alone and felt so safe. The house was very spacious. The TV was well stocked with all the apps- YouTube, Netflix, Hulu etc. check in was so easy. I’m already looking to book again! There were so many trails around the house only minutes away. The backyard is fully fenced in with a wire fence. My pup loved it! Thank you for having us! See you again "

"Great stay lots of room and plenty of windows. Its a plus because N. Conway is about 10 minutes away. I only have one concern, the front door was open and the windows have no privacy. Personally i like curtains......anyways to visit again i most definitely will thank you."

"This was the PERFECT getaway! The house is even better looking in person. The front entryway was perfect for storing things you dont want to leave outside, but dont want in the living area of the home. All high quality items in the home (dishes, bowls, couch, etc). The matresses were very comfortable, as were the pillows. Updated everything in the home, (appliances, fireplace) the hot tub, with that view, was to die for!! Cute, quiet neighborhood, but so close to all the amenities! We loved...

"The property was better than advertised. Brand new and perfectly efficiently layed out for a family of 4. Kids loved sleeping in the loft and had their choice of beds. The house was immaculate and the linens were comfortable like home. We have a wonderful time at the house and skiing Sunday River which was a pleasant drive and easy to get to. The lake was our favorite!!"

"This is the second time we have rented this house. It is perfect for 4 adults, 4 children. Arrived at 4:00 to check in, and the house was still being cleaned. Sat in the car until 4:40 when I went in to put perishables in the fridge. Was told that it would be at least 30 minutes more. Finally able to get in to the house around 5:20. Sitting in the car for over an hour was not how we wanted to start our vacation. A phone call informing me that check-in was going to be late would have been nice."
