"Hotel is nice, although dated. There was food at the bar but restaurant was closed and the hotel is far from everything. I think 5 star is too high of a rating overall. Some of the carpeting for example is torn!!! No bell boy..or at least I did not see one Good uneventful sleep it is"

"Freundliches Personal, tolles Zimmer. Wir waren mit Kind zu dritt. Das dritte richtige Bett stand in einem kleinen Extra Zimmer. Das war super. Es war alles super, aber am besten und überraschendsten war das Frühstück. Sehr umfangreich und lecker, alles frisch und auch warme Brötchen, kurz vor Ender der Frühstückszeit. Das Hotel ist perfekt, wenn man zum Stadion möchte, da die Straßenbahn direkt in der Nähe ist. Gern wieder. "

"The hotel is amazing and very convenient to the train station. The staff went out of their way to make us all feel welcome. They had a dog bed and bowls for the dog, and the room was well appointed with good shower gel, etc. The neighborhood is rough but just blocks away from the old town and the river. The restaurant in the hotel is well reviewed and looked quite Vinet on a Saturday night (complete with outdoor seating if the weather is good). Would recommend. "

"Hotel was great and perfect location to get anywhere in city. Very easy one minute walk to street car and five minute walk to subway station. All staff at hotel was very helpful. Bar was nice. The Italian restaurant inside hotel had good food but the hostess/waitress (younger one) was rude and did not like serving Americans. "

"Breakfast was excellent. Gentleman running breakfast is excellent. Room cleaned thoroughly every day. Sauna /Footbath excellent. Negatives. Could not check in early after 18 hr flight. Very limited (2) English TV"
