Their internet was not work in my room (624). Also the garden that they show was not able to sit. Only good thing is there are just 5min walk away from Frankfurt Main HBF. Do you imagine you stay in a hotel without internet? Thanks to hotels.com, they covered my internet bill and provided me refund half of the cost as a goodwill coupon. Also linens was smelling bad. I do not recommend you to stay here.

Nice hotel! Really close to train station so easy to do day trip to other cities. The neighborhood is not the best but it is fairly close to the touristic part.

The room i stayed in was very basic, definitely not what i expected for 400 Euros a night. There is only one plug available, light bulbs missing in lamps, no complimentary water, mini safe not working. Very very expensive for what room we were given and definitely will never book here again. For those of you who need to buy drugs, the whole street surrounding the hotel at night is a weed factory.

Terrible hotel with awful service. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was a complete disaster, both in organization and food quality. During the fair, prices are outrageously high compared to what you get.

Conveniently located

Hotel is very conveniently located. Close to a nice mall with many of food choices. The roof top restaurant Alex was exceptional. A quick mile walk to the Christmas Market and there is plenty of shopping on the way and dining experiences. If you bring a vehicle expect to pay 35 Euros a day to park-a block away.

Very very basic Hotel. Absolute minimum. Not a very nice area - wouldn't recommend to a woman alone. Breakfast is nothing special and the whole place is very dated and minimum upkeep. It's a budget hotel, priced at mid-tear.

A little disappointed for the cost

Location is very good although many people hanging around outside. Service was just ok. Rooms clean but corridors dirty. Breakfast good choice but expense. The cost of the room for what you got was ridiculously expensive. I won’t be staying there again.

I need of maintenance

The room I got needs maintenance. Bathroom fan soon broken and very noisy(turned on with lights) Very bad ventilation, luckily my room had a window to open. 2 out of 3 nights I had to shower in cold water possibly because lacking capacity and high usage in the hotell. Bed was ok, no complaints on cleaning. Over all a pretty lacking experience.

The quality of your stay depends on which room you are staying. I had to book this hotel at the last moment and I think that is why, that I was assigned a shabby looking room. The design of the carpet was terrible, the tiles in the bathroom floor looked old throughout the shower booth, etc. In the night, the smell of cigaret came up probably from the bar located on the first floor, and it sneaked into my room. The hallway looked very old and uncleaned. I was lucky enough to move to different room during my stay, and wow, the other room looked much cleaner and brighter with nice flooring and better lighting. The location of hotel is close to the main station but you have to walk through a street where I felt highly insecure. Even during a daytime, I did not feel safe walking around the area, let alone evening or night time. I don't recommend staying here if you are woman, or woman traveling alone. You wouldn't feel safe when going out and coming back to/from this hotel if you are a woman.

Hotel room is big for the prices. Checked in and was asked to pay €8 more than what I should be paying, that staff had some attitude. The other nicer staff agreed it is already included in the booking. Went up to the toom, hallways are really worn out and unclean. The room itself is very dim, lamp light is not working so went down again to inform the staff, he said he will look for the light. Came back an hour later after dinner and he said the lamp he found may not fit the lamp but I said I will try my chance. I have no problem with the room for that price but little did I know that the neighborhood is horrible. It is so unsafe to walk around in broad daylight, there are junkies everywhere trying to sell you drugs and homeless people. You feel completely unsafe, never stay in that neighborhood. It is absolutely horrible neighborhood and definitely not safe for anyone to walk alone.

The worst stay of my life! After checking in, we realized our toilet sink was blocked. Upon mentioning it to the staff member (male do not remember his name) kindly changed our room to another and said to keep both rooms and return the key in the morning (which we did). However, we were not able to sleep in the new room properly due to poor hygiene condition of bedding. It looked as if there were bed bugs as we kept on constantly itching. I was not able to sleep. Next morning, we mentioned this to the staff member and sought a refund for the next two nights and asked them to deduct the amount for the night we stayed. But we were racially profiled by a staff member known as Irene or Irena. Who started shouting at us in complete denial that they do not have bed bugs and that’s impossible. They said that no refund will be given even if it is a Health and Safety issue and they do not care. Replying to my questions in a very condescending manner looking down upon me and my friend. Whilst she maintained the utmost respect for locals or people communicating with her in German, she showed us zero respect and behaved with us in a manner which is classified as racism in every other country. Long story short, we were moved to our original room and Irena kept on mocking us and never apologised for her behaviour. I will be sending an official complaint to Bristol Hotel about this staff member. Apart from this, all other staff members were friendly and welcoming.
