"The hotel was very unique. Check-in experience was good... the drive to the hotel was a bit nerve wracking but, that is probably any resort in Tulum. Food while we were there at the resort was good, not amazing, but a solid breakfast. Service could probably be improved on, but they were busy and I could have learned the language. Room was clean, unique and shower was amazing. The acoustics in the room on Saturday night could not keep up with the music from the surrounding areas. Beach was well kept... everyone was fighting the seaweed the weekend we were there. Staff were very pleasant. We asked for additional waters, and they were very prompt with the delivery of those. I appreciated not having a TV in our room. My wife really enjoyed the spa. Plunge pool was a bit too cold for enjoying... but would have been perfect for late spring or summer. We will be back again but will stay for longer... and enjoy some of the classes that they had available. "

"We had a great stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an in the Riviera Maya. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite near the lobby, which was spacious and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and buffet. The food quality was excellent for an all-inclusive, with plenty of variety and solid dining options. We also enjoyed having access to the other Bahia Principe resorts via a quick shuttle ride, making it easy to spend time at the beach and take advantage of additional amenities. Dinner reservations and excursions were easy to arrange, which kept the trip stress-free. The Hacienda Market on property was a big plus and made souvenir shopping simple, with lots of options available without leaving the resort. For our final night, we upgraded to a penthouse suite, and it was absolutely worth it. The rooftop jacuzzi and open views of the Riviera Maya sky were the perfect way to end the trip. Overall, Sian Ka’an offers a relaxing atmosphere, great food, and convenient access to everything you’d want for a Mexico getaway!"
