La limpieza en el cuarto fue buena pero la tina de baño muy alta y anticuada en general el hotel me pareció anticuado,la alberca no lucia nada espectacular y el mar es algo difícil para llegar hacia la orilla en caso de una persona incapacitada.

Needs a lot of work the hotel is falling down

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I noticed quite a few changes compared to my previous visits. First, I stayed on the Pyramid side, and the room was very poorly maintained. The paint was peeling off the walls, there were holes in several places, and I even found hair on the bed covers. I was very disappointed, especially since I had always had a better experience during my previous stays. The food was okay overall, but unfortunately, I got food poisoning during my trip. I'm not sure what caused it, but it definitely affected my experience. The staff at the pool bars seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in serving guests. The lobby also had an unpleasant smell, which was surprising and unappealing. Another big disappointment was that the casino had been removed. That was one of the main reasons we chose to return to this hotel. In addition, the restaurants that required reservations were always fully booked. Considering the hotel didn't seem very busy, I suspect they were understaffed. Several employees even mentioned that the hotel was not doing very well and that they were short-staffed, which may explain why so many of the staff seemed stressed and overwhelmed. Overall, this stay was very disappointing compared to my previous visits. I hope the hotel can improve its maintenance, staffing, and overall guest experience because it used to be a place I really enjoyed visiting.

Got to the hotel and were advised that we had to pay $100US per day for the kids to use the waterpark (huge disappointment) pool was really dirty and not cleaned often enough. Garbage was still around the pool the next morning from the day before. My husband has a disability and the carts were very hard to find and people would run to them and fill them up so we were often left behind because he can't run. Restaurants were good. Enjoyed the drinks. Staff was friendly. Resort credits are useless!!
