"Room was clean & well equipped - grounds could do with some attention, but there were two gardeners working both days we were there & it is autumn after all. Breakfast was quite boring minimum cereals & juice - full English from buffet, but no choice other than fried eggs - no choice of poached or scrambled. Bar was very comfortable with good seating & open fire. Warm & cosy. Overall very good value for money - would definitely return there."
