"Had a great family vacation over New Years. The buffet dinner offered New Years Eve was fabulous. No shortcuts on quality or quantity. Shout out to Jose our beach server. The most attentive and personable person we have experienced in Mexico. We have been to the Mayan Riviera many times and this was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta. Will definitely be back. The beach was incredible and we aren’t beach people 😂. The Riu Palace Pacifico was a great first experience. Many thanks to Alberto with Gray Line. My husband lost his passport and the whole team was incredibly helpful in helping us to locate it. Thankfully it was in Customs at the airport so we were able to get it right away and not have to worry about getting a replacement. "

"This is such an amazing stay the food variation is amazing and the activities they have going on all throughout the day makes it that much more special. There won’t be a day you’ll be bored but maybe you’ll just be sore from moving so much 😂the room was also so clean and pretty there’s nothing you won’t enjoy here. The staff too! "Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. Children's pool was empty. Lots of toys and balls flying in pool, Screaming, splashing and totally took over pool driving adults out. I hope this gets changed, I have never seen this before and when I mentioned this to management they said that is the way it is."
