"Way over priced for what you get, to add on a child it was almost the same as getting another room. Food is whatever, toilets smelled so bad when you flushed them, tvs don’t have wifi only cable. Staff was rude. I would not stay here again."

"At first I was sooo disappointed…only provide 1 towel per person every other day. It’s white and if you get it dirty they charge you. LOUD and very very basic. A/C absolutely sucks. No hand soap, or toiletries of any kind. But the staff is so nice it made up for it. "

"Great hotel with awesome rooms. Comfy beds, wifi. Great views. Short walk down to the beach, amazing hosts. It was my first time to chacala I loved everything about it. The restaurants in the area are a bit limited in their menus unless you love seafood. Next time we will bring our own food to cook. It’s worth coming back too. "

"Para mi todo estuvo excelente había mirado muchas reseñas malas pero la verdad que estuvo todo muy bien, tanto como la atención del personal como las habitaciones para mi fue de mi agrado ya que vamos a estar en la playa no en los cuartos, las habitaciones me las entregaron limpias , la alberca estaba muy a gusto el agua calientita si los cuartos están algo pequeños pero para lo que son que es ir a dormir están bien, el aire acondicionado solo se prendía de 8 de la noche a 8 de la mañana pero...
