"The pools were for the most part good. The main pool was very dirty throughout the day and no one was there to clean it. We complained to the lifeguard who was away from his post the majority of the time doing who knows what. We have been there multiple times in the past and the lifeguard always maintained things and was always present, so I’m not sure what happened with that expectation but it was a definite issue."

"Bartender at the adult pool was rude and harassing. We requested a trolley ride from the adult pool back to our room and waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. We decided to walk back when a nice gentleman on a trolley stopped to give us a ride. He told us he never received the message for a pick up. "

"This time not happy I had the slamming of a gate keep me up all night. The pool walls are very dirty. The outside bar over charged my card. I seen a large bug I said that's a roach the front staff said those are water bugs really!!!! Brown water coming from the shower Just not happy"

"Super friendly staff, cater to your family needs. They pools were amazing for my 2 girls (6 and 8 year olds). As the pool staff were super nice and helpful. The lifeguards were amazing and great keeping all the kids safe. Amazing place to stay at. They even had a Magic show for the kids."
