"It started off bad because of my choice of booking app. Anyways the staff at the front desk. Michael and the other cutie helped us get our reservation in order. It was gorgeous. Room was deluxe and gorgeous. Pillows could be better. Pool was too shallow but fun. Overall I would come back and they have tons of planned events on the weekend as far as I know. Thank you zoso. And Michael from the front desk ☺️"

"Beautiful Property, But Overpriced for the Experience L’Horizon Resort & Spa is a beautiful property with a great atmosphere, and the staff truly stands out. The service was exceptional, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive. That said, for the price point, I expected much more. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost. The food quality was average, the bedding was nothing exceptional, and additional charges for parking felt excessive. If you have an EV and need to charge it, there is an additional $35 nightly charge, which adds up quickly. Palm Springs has so many other excellent hotels and resorts that offer a more comfortable experience and better overall value for significantly less money. Beautiful property and exceptional staff, but in my opinion, the pricing is difficult to justify given what you actually receive."
