You can hear everything going on outside of your room. There was people in the pool smoking and talking very loud from midnight-4 in the morning. We heard every single conversation they had it was ridiculous.

"I had such a great stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs! The hotel itself was beautiful, and relaxing but what truly made the experience extra special were the two amazing Filipino staff at the front desk.
