"Upon first glance this hotel was an immediate No. But once you walk in and are welcomed by the staff, you immediately calm down. The first room was SCARY, had missing paint on bathroom walls and counter tops. I went to the front desk and the staff quickly changed our room. Once we were in our new room, everything got better instantly. The pools are a nice size and the facilities are super clean. The location is perfect, it’s about 15 minutes from Palm Springs and close to multiple attractions, like the living desert zoo. Highly Recommend "
