Great hotel

A very comfortable pleasant hotel, we went for the tennis courts, the staff and facilities were very good, a room fridge would have been nice, and a later breakfast finish on weekdays would have meant we didn't go hungry on Monday morning.

First want to say a shout out for Dylan and Mariene and another Gentleman., They couldn’t be any more helpful if they tried.. they saw to my every want and need we had and they met ever challenge with a smile as it wasn’t a problem. Marilynne (house cleaning, I think that was her name) was wonderful She tied the room up at the extras we asked for and couldn’t do more to help us. Facilities are amazing two swimming pools, one for children Rooms are clean & tidy.. But obviously what the facilities in each offers you.. the ones in our room was amazing..

I stay here regularly. The rooms I'm allocated are starting to look tired and i need of work. The recent room had no air conditioning!! It backed onto the Tesco store at the back, who had a trailer running with the refrigerator running. I will change to the Village Hotel in Basingstoke.

Very enjoyable stay - recommended

A very enjoyable stay at the Hampshire Court hotel and spa. Very reasonably priced an excellent service from reception staff. Well appointed junior suite which unfortunately didn’t have air conditioning, but we were able to overcome this by sleeping with the patio doors open. Would be happy to return.
