It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Friendly welcome, able to check in 15 minutes early without any issue. Great transport connections from central London via Elizabeth Line and bus, with bus stops opposite and outside hotel. If you want hot drinks in your room, a kettle and cups are provided but you’ll need to take your own supplies as they want you to purchase hot drinks from them to enjoy in the room."
