Have stayed here before and had a great stay. This time we didn’t sleep well due to some noise being at the front of the property and no air conditioning. There was a fan in the room but we found it a little loud. Bathroom probably needs a bit of attention- shower door and toilet seat loose. Other than that beautifully decorated room . Comfy beds. Nice touch with fridge and sandwich. Would stay again.

The staff and overall hospitality of the place was impeccable. From the tea outside the room to the gift from the staff, everything made this stay a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. One of the best stays I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back! Yannis, Faisal and everyone involved should be proud to deliver such a great experience for people staying over.

I found this ideal. Great location, really useful to have a fridge and microwave - decor has elements of interest, which I find positive. The room and bathroom are small, but this really doesn't take away from a really handy, clean and well-run accommodation.

First day arrived late night I contacted reception about me issues missed plane in morning at Edinburgh longer wait next plane, office understandable gave me code number for room. I arrived safe room but not pleasure room too small stair to 3 floors difficult carry heavy luggage pain my back and leg, bed terrible, next day I contact reception about room and my balance weak etc reception understanding let me move to first floor “Crash Pad” but wait someone checked out then clean reception said wait next day (19/8) I accept patient stay one night at room 11, next day thanks staff clean room and bought my luggage to room 5. I stay there were good everything good till check out last Monday, thanks to staff carry luggage to taxi to airport Safe arrival Australian home. Star 3/4

Clean, decent room, amazing to have AC. The AC did make a racket sometimes, and rooms pressurized from it so doors would suck shut or bang in their frames. Just a noise warning to other travellers. Well worth the AC.

Quirky, unique property with lots of room options, super comfy beds. Rooms are small (some are very small) but the location in Kings Cross means easy access to everything- no need to hang out at the hotel. The service is awesome. Everyone we spoke to went out of their way to be helpful. We especially enjoyed our chat with Peter who hosted us for happy hour.

An excellent location a stones throw from KX. Contact free check in was excellent. Nice touches like personal messages ahead of arrival, and a gift from F&M, free drinks in a fridge and even handmade sandwich in the room. Pot of tea brought in the morning too (although no cups to drink it from which was pointed out to the friendly staff!) Room well appointed with plugs and iron etc, clearly designed by people who stay away regularly. Cannot fault this stay, added bonus of a friendly dog to greet me on arrival!

The location for Kings Cross was fantastic. All communication was super. Staff helpful. The room, although quiet was small. I had an expectation from the photos that it was larger and more decorative. Brilliant that they were so obliging storing our suitcase.
