"Like many other reviewers, I have to complain about the metal drawers at the bottom of the bunk beds. I thought I'd be ok with it because I usually wear earplugs. But those noises are unavoidable unless you put on shooting ear mufflers. I constantly woke up at night due to that noise and wasn't able to sleep well during my 3 day stay there. Although they offered the cheapest price for a great location, I would have picked a different place where I can at least sleep through the night."

"Great location just down the street from Tower bridge. Picked this hotel because it was a large room and there was washer/dryer in the room. Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. "The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was large with lots of shelves. Having a washer & dryer was very handy. Hotel was quiet. Location was close to the Tube and restaurants. There’s a cafe in the lobby where you can get excellent espresso drinks & pastries. We would stay there again. "
