Being just a few minutes' walk from Yokohama Station made our entire trip effortless. It provided easy access to trains for exploring the city. The surrounding area is vibrant, with an endless supply of fantastic restaurants, shops, and department stores right on your doorstep. ​The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby is chic and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Every team member we encountered was professional, polite, and genuinely happy to help, embodying the best of Japanese hospitality. ​I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "This was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan. Super clean and close to Chinatown and many things to do. Breakfast was a treat in there 12th floor Bar lounge area with an amazing view. They have 2 place to eat but you can't beat the view in their lounge. They also have a rooftop terrace. Overall amazing experience."

"Ocean view is excellent place to watch the cruise ships land. You are so close to shopping at Motomachi, redbrick warehouse, Chinatown, etc. very convenient. The staff is so polite and so willing to help at anytime. Lived the staff. The room was very spacious. If I have one concern, it would be the bath and toilet space. It is very cramped.
