"Great place to stay with kids. Room was enormous and the staff was great. They gave my one year old a little teddy bear when we arrived, and went above and beyond to find my lost AirPods that I had left in the bed! Place is a bit dated, but not in a bad way. And totally comfortable and quiet. Huge bathtub was a plus, too. The room size, location, and staff made our stay amazing. Great value, too. Will definitely be back! "

The staff are like a big family - Jay and the team on reception, lovely Ben at breakfast, who gave us so many recommendations and red velvet cake on my partner’s birthday, the friendly doormen.. Esteban on the bar who gave us solid restaurant tips - nothing is too much trouble. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious for ny. We didn’t have any noise issues. Short walks from Times Square, Central Park and other attractions. Overall would recommend and stay again"
