"Very cute house that is nicely updated. Location is great and is walkable to the Hot Springs and everything downtown. We didn't use our car once after getting to the rental. There was some confusion with the bunk beds, as there is one set of twin bunk beds in the room, and when I asked we were told they were one set of full, so we had to make due with some tighter sleeping arrangements with 4 kids. "The home was large, comfortable and very well equipped. Our family of 8 had a great time there. We cooked meals in the spacious kitchen, enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and open space, and loved watching the deer in all the yards. Jennifer, the owner, stopped by to welcome us and could not have been more hospitable! We skiied at Snowmass while there and the location was not too far but so quiet and peaceful for us. The master had a futon our 3yo could sleep on in the room with us, which was convenient. I couldn't figure out how to get the Sonos in the living room to play from my phone, but I could get the downstairs one to play. Thats a pretty minor thing though."

"Newer home in a great location. Not sure how I missed the verbiage on the person living downstairs but it ended up not being a big deal. They had a separate entrance. Just had to try a keep kids from being too loud. (Not easy)"
