"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?

"A great boutique hotel within walking distance of downtown Aspen. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the on-site laundry. Breakfast had options that allowed a person with dairy allergies to enjoy a meal. Lots of cold cuts, fresh fruit, oatmeal, etc. While I brought my own DF creamer, the hotel had almond milk on hand for cereal. "

PS: if I would have to point one item. I’d say it’s AC or rather lack thereof in the room. I get the focus on environment etc, no one is saying it needs to be running all day- but it would be great to have it at night.

"Excellent location. Clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again. I gave 5’s on everything other than the 4 on facilities. My air conditioning wasn’t working for several hours but staff was able to fix it soon after I reported it. Wonderful staff! "
