Beautiful location & hotel. Our only regret was not spending more time around the property and in the surrounding area (we arrived late and left early). If you're booking here, make sure to book time to enjoy the property, historic rooms & on site hot tub and pool.

The Historic Redstone Inn is rustic but charming. It gives a real feel to what the miners lived in long ago. The restaurant is lovely and the food delicious. We have never been seated in the formal dining room, but that is also lovely. We love the Redstone Inn for the views, adventures, dining and the PEOPLE! Also the wildlife that lives around the Inn.

The nostalgia of this property is unavoidable. The history is amazing, thinking about all the folks who have darkened those doors over the years. Breakfast was amazing! The young lady that hosted us did a phenomenal job. She was happy to be there and made it evident she enjoyed serving the folks joining her for breakfast.

I liked the fact that the property is central to Western Colorado history. The "vibe" of the property fits the century old role of minig industry and the updated relevance in the hospitality industry.

The hotel was established in 1902 and remodeled in the mid-fifties. Don't stay here if you are looking for modern perfection. This is a place you come to to feel history, to step back (over a hundred years!) in time, to slow down. I enjoyed the deep browns of the wood paneling, the soft, burnished leather of the sofas and easy chairs, the quiet of the forest and mountains which surround the little town of Redstone. There is a richness and depth of experience here that you will not find within the sterile walls of a Holiday Inn Express.

The Redstone Inn is so full of history, set in the most beautiful setting like being in a fairy tale. The staff was so professional, friendly and helpful. We spent the day at the pool and enjoyed drinks from the bar. Breakfast was excellent and fine dining superb on Saturday night!!! The best trout I’ve ever had!! The table for breakfast during the week was complimentary and delicious!! I will be returning!! We met many families that staying at the Redstone Inn has become a tradition. It was my second time there and I hope to make it a tradition also!!

If you are looking for a historic inn, this is the place to stay! It was so quiet that we had to turn on the fan to create some noise. Lovely breakfast with 2 types of quiche, good coffee and a delicious fruit salad. We will be going back to see the famous Redstone Castle and some other attractions in the area!

The Redstone Inn is outstanding! If you’re looking for a quaint and relaxing destination this is a great place. The outdoor pool and hot tub were lovely and the grounds are beautiful. We slept with the windows open and the only noise was birds singing. The restaurant was also delicious and the staff very nice! The only complaint I have was the powerful scent of whatever cleaner they use on the rooms.

All was great! Room ceiling light was out but since we were just there to sleep, it wasn’t an issue. We did let the front desk know when we checked out. Food was excellent! Both breakfast and the dinner meal. We will stay again!

A beautiful historic stay in an unforgettable setting We stayed for two nights and had a second-floor corner room that was quiet, cool, and very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water — everything we needed after long days of exploring. The location was wonderful too. We visited Penny Hot Springs, and right in Redstone we loved walking through the park, crossing the bridge over the creek, and strolling into the little town. There is so much natural beauty to enjoy nearby without having to go far. The inn itself has so much historic character, and the setting is absolutely beautiful. Redstone is peaceful and charming, surrounded by mountains, and staying at the inn felt like part of the Colorado experience rather than just another hotel stop. This was one of the most memorable places we stayed during our road trip, and I’m so glad we chose it. I would absolutely stay here again.
