The Space:
Welcome to our custom-built modern mountain luxury home located in the heart of Willits Town Center! Featuring a large private hot tub and boasting over 4000 sq feet of space this scenic getaway is open and spacious while still providing a cozy, homey feel.
The space
With its open floor plan and separate living areas for adults and children, this modern luxury mountain lodge was designed with gatherings in mind.
The Main level showcases an impressive great room with high ceilings, gorgeous hickory flooring, plush modern furnishings, a stunning stone fireplace, and a large private hot tub, perfect for relaxing in after a long day of skiing or exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. The large chef’s kitchen features beautiful stone countertops and is filled with top-notch appliances and stocked with everything you need for quick daytime meals or big group dinners. There is also a half-bath centrally located off the kitchen and great room.
Upper Level,
The Master Bedroom suite is a relaxing and peaceful retreat with a luxurious King bed, a trundle sofa bed that sleeps 2 on separate twin mattresses, a spa-like bath with a rain shower, a 55" internet TV, a large walk-in closet, reading nook and beautiful mountain views. (sleeps 4)
The 2nd Master Bedroom offers a King bed, 47" internet TV, a large walk-in closet, mountain views, and a comfortable reading area. This room, with its own private bath, can double as a mini master suite. (sleeps 2)
The third Master Bedroom offers a king bed, 47" internet TV, a walk-in closet, and mountain views. This room, with its own private bath, can also double as a mini master suite.(sleeps 2)
Lower Level,
The Fourth Guest Room offers a comfy queen bed and shares a bath equipped with double sinks with the Fifth Guest Room, which features a spacious Twin bed over Queen bunk bed. (sleeps 3)
The Bunk Room offering a full sized bunk bed is a great sleeping space for Individuals or multiple children. (Sleeps 2-4)This room shares a bath equipped with double sinks with Guest Rooms 4 and 5.
The downstairs living room offers a queen sized fold down italian leather sofa sleeper.(sleeps 2)
Find all the entertainment you need in our lower level Game Room! Created for family and friends to gather together in, this colorful space is the perfect place to watch movies, play board games, or challenge friends to a game of air hockey or darts. For even more competitive fun, venture into the climate-controlled garage for a game of ping pong! When entering from the garage guests will find a spacious mudroom, where you can store everything from the day’s adventures. The home offers a full laundry room.
Guests now have the ability to use our Level 2 EV charger during their stay. Please reach out to us, and you can start charging your Electronic Vehicle anytime after arrival.
The Location
Come enjoy the quaint charm and ambiance of Willits, where everything is right at your fingertips. Ski, dine, hike, bike, fish, soak and more! The lodge is conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from all the hot new restaurants, bars, coffee shops, spa services, trendy galleries, and parks in Willits Town Center. This new area of Basalt also features a Whole Foods and Starbucks, and provides easy access to Old Town Basalt, Carbondale, Frying Pan River, Roaring Fork River, and the scenic Rio Grande Trail that runs all the way from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. Walk a few short blocks from world class Gold Medal fishing on the Roaring Fork River, ice skate in the winter and fish in the summer on the neighborhood pond, and more. It's all right here–travelers will enjoy a spacious home while having easy access to any outdoor activity in the surrounding area. This is what Colorado is all about!
Getting to Aspen or Snowmass is also SUPER EASY! A simple drive or express bus ride (via the velocirfta that stops by Whole Foods, Snowmass and Aspen is all it takes. Or better yet, hop on your bike and take a scenic ride on the Rio Grande Trail.

Pet Policy:
Bring your furry friend along for your stay at our pet-friendly property! For just $200 per pet per reservation.
The pet fee does not include any damages your pet causes.
Please keep pets in crates when you leave the home.
***PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN POOLS OR HOT TUBS**** YOU WILL BE CHARGED $500 IF PET HAIR IS FOUND IN THE POOL, FILTER, OR HOT TUB.
Early check-in and Late checkout options may be available upon request.
Agreements:
Completion of the Check-In Form and Rental Agreement via our boarding pass verification is required prior to check-in. Failure to complete this may result in refusal of access the property. NO refunds will be given outside of the cancellation window or if Guest does not comply with the checkin process.
Policies:
Age Requirements: Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Additional Guest Fee: $35 per night for each guest beyond 8.
Events and Parties: Hosting events or parties is not permitted to maintain the exclusive ambiance.
Smoking Prohibition: No smoking is allowed on the premises.
Monitoring System: Discreet exterior security cameras for guest security and quality assurance.
Comprehensive Damage Protection:
You may choose between a non-refundable "Peace-of-Mind" Damage Waiver or a fully refundable authorization hold for your stay. Both options provide assurance for a worry-free experience.onal pets will be charged at $200 per night per pet

Your unique access code or app control of your locks will be provided through the boarding pass link at our agreed check-in time by clicking the check-in button.
