This recently renovated one level home has a well equipped kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and dining table that each seat 4. The outdoor decks boast beautiful views of the spacious backyard and nearby mountains, perfect for relaxing and unwinding with your favorite book or a glass of wine after a fun day of exploring the valley.
The living room features nicely appointed furnishings and decor, an electric fireplace and special touches that create a wonderful, home away from home atmosphere. The comfortable primary bedroom offers a queen bed and an en suite bathroom and each guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional sleeping option.

We loved our stay here! From the well-equipped, large kitchen (and HUGE island) to the lovely front and back decks with amazing views, this house was amazing. Will definitely rent again the next time we are in town.
Very nice property with plenty of room to spread out. Great location, just down the way from the Hot springs pool, shopping and all of the restaurants. Very pleased with our stay.
Beautiful home, especially the inside. Comfortable bedrooms and nicely updated bathrooms. Kitchen and living area nicely appointed, although different chairs for kitchen table and island would be nice - metal chairs are uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time, especially if playing games, etc. Living room furniture is comfortable, although the couch needs some support added in the middle section. Overall we had a great time, the location is perfect and parking was nice for us to park our 4x4 trailer.
Nicely updated, close to everything in Glenwood Springs. 2 wonderful decks to relax on. I would definitely stay again, but not in the heat of summer. I missed in the listing that there was no AC. Our 1st day and night were uncomfortable but the temp cooled down for the rest of our stay and we used the many fans provided. Otherwise it would be a 5.
Really enjoyed the private decks surrounded by trees and wildlife. The property is close to everything in Glenwood Springs - we had a great time. Please note there is no air conditioning. It was 85 degrees inside the house during the day despite all the fans running. So if you're planning to stay in the heat of the summer, it's an issue.
We loved staying at this mountainside home! Exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, close to downtown and walking trails, along with easy access to ski resort!

Lovely home with great decks and indoor gathering spaces. The large kitchen island and openness to the living room made it easy for family to be comfortably together. Close to ski resort and downtown. Very clean and private.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was peaceful. The kitchen was set up well with spices, pots, pans and most everything you would need. Impressed.

We had a little trouble with checkin and it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, but it was quickly resolved! We loved our stay, the house was very comfortable and well furnished with all the blankets, pillows and kitchen gear, and household supplies. Would definitely recommend!

A great base to explore Glenwood Springs and the area. Well appointed kitchen and 2 decks to enjoy the warm summer evenings. Bathrooms are functional but funky.
10 minutes to downtown and Adventure Park, 20 minutes to Hanging Lake trailhead.
Overall very happy and worked great for our 2 adult couples.

so the property is clean. It’s not a great neighborhood and kind of weird next to some trailers. You have to read two pages down in the description part to see that there is not an air conditioner, but they do provide 12 fans for your comfort. We got there at 8 PM it was 82° in the house and we ran the fans for an hour and got it down to 80°. We decided not to stay here and went to the Holiday Inn. Told them we did not use anything in the house not even the trashcan but as of yet I do not know if they are refunding my cleaning fee but definitely did not refund the stay. So if you were going in the winter, I would say this is a fine. I couldn’t tell you if the beds were comfortable or anything else . I would say if it’s July or August to choose somewhere else
Some of the furniture needs cleaning and the outdoor cushions are shot but other than that we loved our stay. Deer and rabbits were constant neighbors! Great location!
