Cozy House with Modern Twist

Pull up to this cozy cabin shell, and walk into the modern designed interior of this truly unique home. The perfect place to experience all of the things Glenwood and the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. This home has the perfect location. minutes away from down town Glenwood Springs, 45 minute drive to Aspen, and only 8 miles from Sunlight! direct access to historical Old Cardiff Bridge for amazing sunset walks over the Roaring Fork river.

The quarter acre lot is all yours. Locally owned and operated, you wont find better care and comfort. Master bedroom has private full bath. 2nd bedroom has full bathroom just next door. With vaulted ceiling and open kitchen floor plan this interior cannot be matched.

Expect mostly pedestrian traffic on the dead end road that will take you to a pedestrian bridge over the Roaring Fork River. Oversized driveway that can fit multiple vehicles.

Lovely home!

We loved our stay! The house was very unique, and beautifully decorated. We loved the yard and patio to sit back and relax. Great location and the host was very responsive and accommodating! We’ll be back!

Marvelous mountain memories!

We found our mountain VRBO place to be very enjoyable! The open floor plan with all areas being decorated tastefully felt homey. Everything about this place was nice and comfortable! We liked reading the bio on the owners! We really liked our stay and would most certainly recommend and or come back again!

Great Stay in Glenwood Springs

The location is great as it is only ten minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs but far enough from all the hustle and bustle. We walked each morning on the river trail which is only a few minutes away. The house was clean and quiet with nicely updated bathrooms, bedroom closets, and kitchen. The beds and furniture were also updated and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great base to explore from.

Very nice property. Completely updated and very clean. We used this as a base to explore the area. Some fishing, a little hiking but mostly exploring the area. Very easy to downtown Glendale Springs but also not far from Snowmass, Aspen and Woody Creek.

Nice getaway!

We had a great time in Glenwood Springs and enjoyed the stay at your home. The first morning, we were greeted by a big bear in the neighbor's yard! The house was a little further from the hot springs than I realized; however, the drive was easy. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Hidden Gem

This was a beautifully updated 2 bedroom home with a den in close proximity to Sunlight Mountain. We were able to comfortably sleep with our family of 6 (kids age range 6-15). The kitchen was great and had all necessary amenities needed to cook. Jon was very responsive to any questions that we had. We loved our stay and would not hesitate to book this property again.

Awesome place - just as nice as the pictures!

Fantastic place! Yard was perfectly manicured and the home's condition was like new. Never stayed in a VRBO so well maintained! Very comfortable and in a great, quite location! Loved it!

This cabin shell home was beautifully and thoughtfully remodeled inside. It’s a very roomy and comfortable space with a large kitchen with separate dining space and comfortable living room. Radiant floor heating kept the whole home very comfortable. Beautiful views to the East; just a 5 minute walk to the river and short drives to downtown and both hot springs. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommended!

Beautiful modern home near downtown area and accessible to hiking trail. Enjoyed relaxing sunsets on the deck. Also, got to see plenty of wildlife during our stay.

Ideal Rental

This property is ideal for a vacation rental in Glenwood - especially for 2 couples. It’s close enough to town for easy access to all activities. The location is very quiet and serene. Everything we needed in the home was there - and it was very clean! Thanks again Jon and Carly.

Nice home for our short stay

Home is older but totally new inside. Nicely done and easy to get in and out. Could use more comfortable seating inside but overall a really nice property to rent. Thanks for having us.
