Staff were helpful, facility was clean, and there was plenty of parking, which was far more reasonable than most other places I’ve stayed at. We were in and out in one night, so we did not use much of anything other than the breakfast, which was also well done.

The pool area is great! It had great area for very young kids which is hard to find and older kids and adults as well. Breakfast was hot and good. Our bathroom was a bit dated and could stand to be refreshed but overall a comfortable stay. I appreciate it is pet friendly

Great location for going to any of the hot springs. Perfect family stay to catch the gondola and go to the adventure park. The pool and game room are awesome for some time in-between local adventures. I have stayed at some of the more historic hotels in the past, but this is now my preferred stay. If you have kids this is where you want to stay.

One of the nicer places in Glenwood. The pool was great for the kids and the access to the gondola was convenient. Great staff and breakfast, will definitely stay again!

Apprentice desk, ladies were very knowledgeable about the town and activities for the kids to do. A little bummed that there wasn’t anything to drink for the kids with the free breakfast, but that’s OK we managed.

The hotel stays here are always amazing. They're so sweet and they keep the hotel very maintained and My Kids love it here we live in Denver and we stay at least three times a year sometimes more and will always be your favorite place to stay away from home.

The hotel itself I needed a lot of work. The staff were good whoever's owns. It needs to do a lot of maintenance and upkeep broken locks machines not washing and cleaning the bedding 100%. The time and experience we had in Colorado outside of the hotel was great

Clearly was the family friendly option for hotels. Close in proximity to the adventure park and had an indoor pool that the kids loved. However, very run down and didn’t receive housekeeping despite our requests. Property was run down, our room had very minimal AC, not very comfortable bed or pillows and our room had a musty smell.

We enjoyed our stay in one of the suites. We had fun using the waterslide, hot tub, and pool. Breakfast was pretty basic continental offerings with juice, coffee, waffle maker, sausage, eggs, muffins, cereal, a yogurt dispenser, fruit, etc. Our room and the hotel were clean and had all the basic amenities. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel is older so don’t expect brand new or updated furnishings. We were pleased overall and loved the location as it was near the base for several of our excursions.

It was filthy, bathroom smelled strongly of urine, bedding was old and rough, carpets in the hallways where stained and covered in filth. Doors were warped thick dust on everything in the room. I pulled the nightstand out to plug in my charger and there was trash piled under it. Would not go here again. The View from outside is stunning though.

Stay was ok … usb charging station didn’t work … no one came to clean our room through out our 2 day stay….breakfast was fantastic and pool area was great and clean. Asked for a possible early check in and was told they would co tact me if available and never heard back.. Had to pay $10 a night for parking and was not a fan of that especially for Cost of stay…. Would we come back …maybe?
