"My stay at the Ocean Front Luxurious Penthouse was excellent!!! Much more elegant than the photos. Very clean and all amenities onsite was impeccable as described. The location was the best in Sosua, walking distance to downtown, minutes away from restaurants and all entertainment. Will definitely be reaching out to you and your team for future stays. "Loved it! Very clean and it felt like a home away from home. Quiet area but still very close to the action. Living area and patio were bigger than I expected. We had one issue where the hot water was not working. I texted the property manager and he got back to us in 5 mins and walked us through a simple fix. I would stay here again."

"I was fooled by the 9.2 review and chose this place, even though it is very old and dirty, and we spent about two nights in the heat with two kids due to a broken cooling system. The internet was very weak and limited, and it would frequently disconnect, causing me to miss my online meetings. More than 90% of the meals were the same every day during our week-long stay. There were no special activities except for one pool table for the entire resort. More than 90% of the staff were very kind, nice, respectful and welcoming. Our suite was changed three times, the first because of water coming from the ceiling, the second because of the cooling system and broken beds, etc. For those who are sensitive to cleanliness and very old building, who follow a variety of foods, and who don't want to get bored after a few days, I don't recommend it at all."
