If you need to unlock to go out but more people stays inside, the electricity, A/c shots off... You need a good reason to ask for an extra set of keys, in my case we were two families together. "Fabulous and easily accessible hotel for all the historical areas of Seville. I could easily have walked to everything, and there is a taxi stand immediately outside for longer trips. The hotel is Located on an absolutely beautiful and quiet Plaza. Everything was sparklingly clean: the hotel, the plaza, and the streets."

"Hotel is in a good location. We had a room with an external terrace, which is ok if not too hot. No pool but does have a nice roof top bar. Bed comfortable, bathroom good apart from the bidet in front of one of the sinks? Room a bit tired. Breakfast good though coffee was a bit of an issue. Concierge very helpful. Thought it was pricey for what it was."
