The location and the old Spanish style were perfect. Everyone of the staff I encountered was professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were unbelievable...everything you could imagine. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully. My stay was for 8 nights and I would most certainly stay again Thank you.

The hotel is well situated near Sevilla's Old Town. It is a short 5 minute walk to the cathedral and Alcazar. The lobby is impressive. Cold water is provided complimentary to help you cool down when coming from outside.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, but Some Room Features Could Be Improved Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. However, there are a few things that could definitely be improved to make the stay more comfortable. First, the clothes hangers were permanently attached inside the wardrobe and could not be removed. This was very inconvenient, especially when we wanted to hang clothes elsewhere to air-dry or prepare them for ironing. Second, the hair dryer was poorly designed. You have to continuously hold down the power button with your finger to keep it running. As soon as you release the button, it shuts off. This makes drying and styling your hair extremely difficult, almost impossible. These may seem like small details, but they make a real difference in the guest experience. I’m giving this hotel 4 stars because of its friendly staff, great location, and cleanliness. With a few simple improvements to these practical amenities, it could easily deserve 5 stars.
