Room in good condition. Great location so I understand the high price for a single room. However, I would request you eliminate the mandatory $20 deduction from the security deposit to pay for an alcoholic drink that is often not wanted (or shouldn't have due to alcoholism) and $10 to spend at an overpriced coffee shop! The room rate should have also covered free parking for the price you charge.

It was very close to where I needed to be and the staff were so helpful. Close to a police station, where there were quite a few homeless people hanging around, but no one really bothered me.
