"The hotel is easily accessible as it is just across the road from Victoria Train Station. It was within walking directions to many tourist attractions and it was easy to jump on the tube to other sites, it is also right beside the taxi rank for the Victoria train station. The decor in the hotel was lovely, very modern and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great. There are nice restaurants, pubs etc extremely close to the hotel. We will be back! Thanks again for a wonderful stay. "

The checkin Associate did not look at us at all during exchange… the server at breakfast was more interested in chatting to her colleague. For balance, service and the staff here are normally very good. This was a one off… "
