This is the second time I stayed here and I will definitely return. The views of the harbor are unparalleled. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the more popular cultural sites. Definitely a keeper.

On arrival from the cruise dock, we expected to have to store our luggage till check in. Our room was already available, which was great. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was a bit too soft for my husband. This was rectified within hours of him mentioning it. The restaurant was great and staff throughout the property were courteous and helpful. Our only issue was the touch pad controlling lights, aircon and window blinds. Maybe our age was the problem, as we found ourselves...

Nice new, clean hotel in a lovely setting. Staff were all really helpful and Kev the concierge was amazing.

My wife & myself have stayed here a few times every time our stay has been faultless from friendly welcoming staff to spotless comfortable rooms! Definitely will be staying again Highly recommend!!

Lovely new hotel centrally located in Auckland CBD. Nice views of the harbour and well appointed room with a super comfy bed. Nice welcome on arrival from Jameica on the front desk and great service from Thea in the Hotel Restuarant. Excellent food ,good portions and obviously cooked by a chef as opposed to a Cook. We’ve tried a number of Auckland CBD hotels and this one is our go - to.

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely and very comfortable. Just be aware that there are extensive roadworks in Auckland and Uber drivers may feel uncomfortable driving directly to the hotel.

Great, compaq hotel, amenties all very good. Wifi code issuing etc a bit archaic ... need to just make there and avaliable seemlessly, this is 2026.

This is my new favorite place to stay when I meed to be in the CBD, its convenient, parking next next, clean, reasonably priced and the staff are lovely.

Vibe, ambience, facilities and other people staying

Our first stay. The staff were pleasant friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and of good size. Nice walk in shower. Air conditioning unit was quiet and efficient. The complementary continental breakfast was excellent with good variety and barista coffee too. Very centrally located to Vulcan Lane and Queen Street, short walk to the Viaduct. This will now be our go to Hotel every time.

Rather impressed!! Probably the best airport hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Yes it’s new and the detail in the build is something else. Restaurant VERY busy but staff managed to hold it together and provide excellent service . The food was exceptional!! The only negative is the steak knives need to be serrated, I know minor detail right!! Overall awesome stay.

This has become my regular Hotel during my bi-annual trip to Auckland. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. I love the location and the dining options, which are close to Britomart. My only minor complaint is that I request a room overlooking Beach Rd however I am always directed to the back of the Hotel overlooking ugly buildings. But overall this is a good Hotel in a prime location.

Very clean, spacious and quiet. Meals were excellent.

Right from check-in, we were treated so well. The corner suite was beautiful, all the furnishings were comfortable & it had a lovely new feel. Our only disappointment was that the suites overlooking the viaduct were all booked, so ours looked towards Sky Tower over the marina. The shower was absolute heaven, as was the bath. A great place to stay the night before you fly. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were exceptional, very friendly and efficient. The car storage is convenient and rates reasonable. Will definitely stay again.
