I stayed at this hotel last night. Unfortunately, my experience at reception was disappointing. One of the female staff members was very rude and aggressive in her attitude. She did not greet or welcome us, and her tone made us feel uncomfortable. It seemed like she was speaking to customers in a harsh and intimidating way rather than providing friendly customer service.
I hope the management will address this issue and provide better customer service training, as a warm and respectful welcome makes a big difference to guests’ experiences.

Rooms were clean and spacious. At the time of our stay they gave us 20% discount when dining in their restaurant as well. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold buffet. Location is right in the heart of Auckland's CBD and was reasonably priced, with parking available on a first-come first-serve basis. A good place to stay.
