"Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephanie, and she helped us with scheduling an extra night that we needed due to a change of plans. Cody, the assistant manager, was also very polite and helpful with our change in plans and needing an extra night in our room. The young man working the breakfast was on top of things. He made sure everything was kept stocked, and he did all of this with a smile on his face. The breakfast was a full breakfast with lots of options, and was delicious!"

"Very pleased with this hotel. Only negative was we were on 3 floor. There was noice machine on 3rd floor and the one on the 2nd floor wasn’t working. "

"We have stayed at 3 different Homewood Suites by Hilton now, and the Durango one was the most beautiful, likely the newest building, but also the best most helpful staff we have worked with. The amenities were appreciated and if the location wasn't so wonderful we would have used the pool too! But having a laundry, amazing breakfast and local restaurants close by was great! Loved our time here, and will be back. One request though...better quality toilet paper please!! Didn't match rest of hotel. "
