The check-in staff were super friendly and helpful. They do not have a ramp up the stairs to get into the hotel and they have a small old-fashioned elevator. This hotel has character since it was built in 1898. Highly recommend especially if you are traveling as a couple without kids. Next time we will stay for a few days.

The oatmeal raisin cookies set out in the afternoon are off the charts good. Just next door to the Durango Railway its a great place to stay before taking the ride.
