"The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!"

"Wonderful cabin, excellent communication with host & accurate description of property. I'd strongly recommend future guests to bring fans, cabin does not cool well or have proper air flow without access to back door. Keeping all windows/door open helps but not sufficient during current heat wave. We look forward to our next visit & strongly recommend."

The accommodations were wonderfully comfortable and simple, set in a gorgeous landscape that is Kathy and Bob’s 120 acres of property. "This is a great cabin for a stay in Southwest Colorado. The West Dolores river is feet from the house. The cabin has been updated and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The host was very responsive. I was lucky to find this property for my vacation."

The cottage is close to several hiking areas and ruins. Super host and hostess that are available when needed."

"This property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs."

A few of the issues: * The oven was broken, and replaced by a very small (dirty) convection unit on the counter.
