"On the surface it would appear rustic, but that is not the case. The comforts included with this Tipi are wonderful. This is glamping at its best with the full kitchen and beautiful bathroom. It was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the dark night sky. Gary and Rachel provided pellets for the wood stove which was necessary for the chilly nights. Gary also responded to any question I had within minutes. Great trip!"

"We wanted to have a great getaway weekend in the mountains where we played and worked growing up. We were able to four wheel and fish in our old stomping grounds. The cabin was wonderful and the onsite manager was more than helpful. We enjoyed good food, good company and fantastic surroundings. The fire pit was especially nice and the grill and kitchen were wonderfully stocked. We couldn't ask for better!"

"The cabin was perfect for my spouse, 17 yo daughter and dog. I loved reading next to the river and having space for my dog to play. The garage door wall of the kitchen opened up the space more and was great having all the fresh air. Kitchen was just right, the bedrooms and beds comfy too! We came up for a wedding and to detress without the fuss and this was a perfect spot. Town was a couple minutes away. Thank you for sharing your space with us!"

"This was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. No pretentions, just what we expected for a cottage on the reservoir in the country. We had everything we needed to make lovely meals. "This is a property next to a home, but it’s away from the home. I personally liked the physical location. The apartment-it’s like an apartment attached to a garage-was outside of Cortez and looked out into a ravine. The hostess was very helpful and responsive. A great experience overall."

"The room was good. Thankfully, we had an room facing the mountains. Felt bad for the rooms facing the inside pool. there were two bus loads of 10 year olds in the pool, very loud. my biggest complaint was the breakfast, the orange juice looked and tasted like dirty water. I told the food person and she just shrugged her shoulders. they only put out enough for 5-6 people at a time. they weren't cooking more because, when they brought more, it was cold! was there for 3 nights and the orange juice...
