"The property was beautiful and the views were amazing. We arrived at sunset so got to enjoy that all the way up the mountain. It seems to be one of the uppermost homes on the mountain. The views from thie living area and loft area were spectacular. The steam room is also great! We used it several times. Sleeping downstairs is a little loud due to the furnace and water heater being in a rather open area downstairs."

"The house is well-appointed and a great accommodation for 9 or 10 people. The kitchen is well supplied and the living space has a wall of windows which make use of the sunshine to light the living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is about a 7-8 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, but only 4 minutes or so to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to issues we had."

"My husband and I had never been to Pagosa Springs, but it was recommended to us a few years ago. We decided this year that we wanted to take several weeks, since we work remotely, to spend a few weeks in a new place where we could work during the week and ski on the weekends. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. It is close to everything you need, clean, and a wonderful amount of space. It was an end unit, so it was also perfectly quiet during the day and night. I can’t say enough...

"It was the perfect house for our friends 70th birthday. 10 of us stayed. We couldn't have asked for a better property. It fit us perfectly with the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and large dining table. It's a beautiful property. We were blessed with a swan knocking on the door and hot air balloons taking off. Easy location to access all the things you need."

"This was a great option for my kiddos who wanted to camp, and for me who didn't want to deal with setting up or breaking down a camp! The folks from the front office were wonderful and very accommodating to a last minute change in the number kiddos coming on our trip. According to my daughter, we'll be staying here every time we're in the Durango area!"
