I have stayed here a few times, great location and nice spacious rooms, very warm. Always lovely people to greet you.

Only thing is the air conditioning wasn't ice cold how you usually want it in hotels, but I guess it's Dunedin so not a priority in the cold weather - 10/10 would stay again

One of best value for money motels. Beds comfortable, room is warm & facilities modern and really clean. Great cafe next door for breakfast. We will be back definitely.

The views were splendid, the gardens were lovely as were all the interesting paths weaving around the grounds. The meal was outstanding, absolutely sensational, and it was lovely to share a meal with other guests - a welcome change from dining on seperate tables. Good clean room

Easy checkin and we were enthralled with the great location and stunning 180 views of the beach. Apartment was very tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfy and it was warm and cosy. Loved the spa bath and we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come back thank you :)

Lovely motel with friendly staff, close to the town centre, gardens, and NZ’s first University.

A nice triple room with parking, and was very quiet even though centrally located. Great value - highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay

I had just had knee surgery on the day and I was put in an access room at the motel which was good as I could not climb stairs

This property was perfect for our stay where we were out and busy during the day. We used the restaurant on the first night and the food was fantastic. We found New World and Subway within walking distance along with other fast food options. Would highly recommend this hotel particularly for its price.

Everything was excellent, bed was a little uncomfortable but cant cater to ever. Welcoming staff!
