We appreciated receiving a text message to let us know our room was ready and even more impressive was her quick response when I accidentally left some items behind in the room. She phoned me immediately to let me know, which I was so grateful for. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable! "
