Apartments in Dunedin Railway Station

"The property was nice, newly built/renovated. Heating was good. The car parking was not as advertised: “Free Parking On-Site” is a not accurate. You have to find a park on the public roads nearby. They are largely full up during working hours. Fortunately, our timing didn’t seem to clash, so we always got a park nearby. "

"A really lovely garden setting, varied and picturesque. Provided interest and privacy. Our apartment was on the ground floor on the back side but the planting was done so well it felt cosy, light, and classy. "

"Initially, the place felt a bit institutional, but when we got in and got our stuff in, it was extremely functional and when the views are available, they are no doubt gorgeous. Also although the area feels a bit industrial, it is extremely well situated and easy to walk to a lot of Dunedin. Once we settled in, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Very cool accomodation in the old Church. Respectfully kept some of the gestures of the church like some of the beams and rafters and the stained glass. Great communication with the owners who were very accomodating to our requests Thanks so much"

"This is a beautiful apartment near the Octagon. The apartment came with many, many extras. We stayed with another couple and it was perfect for us all. A great base for exploring, we were able to walk all through downtown and see the sights."

"This rental is FABULOUS! First, it was super clean, spotless. Second, location is walkable to many restaurants, grocery, movies, pharmacy. Third, it "lives" much bigger than its square footage. Fourth, the efficient layout of every room was a pleasure to experience. Fifth, super quiet (probably due to the thick outer doors). One of the best vacation rentals we have ever visited. Well done!"

"This was our 3rd stay at the property and it was wonderful as always. Immaculately clean, Super comfortable bed Good pressure in the shower Great location. Different to Our previous stays we had our 4month old child with us. A portacot was available and made up with adorable bedding. We will definitely be back for a 4th stay in the future "
