"The property was smaller than looked in the images. While there were enough heaters, it was a cold place, would recommend that investment in good curtains.There were also dirty towels left in the main bedrooms cupboards"

"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"The home is tired and poorly furnished. When we arrived, it was very smelly until we could open up all the windows to air it out. Although it has the bedrooms to host a group of 8 (we were only 6), there is not enough hot water to fill a bathtub which is offered let alone showers and dishes. The master bathroom shower was unusable because of an inoperable shower head. Amenities including shampoo, etc. were not offered. There was inadequate seating for us too all be together at the same...
