Only thing is the air conditioning wasn't ice cold how you usually want it in hotels, but I guess it's Dunedin so not a priority in the cold weather - 10/10 would stay again

One of best value for money motels. Beds comfortable, room is warm & facilities modern and really clean. Great cafe next door for breakfast. We will be back definitely.

The views were splendid, the gardens were lovely as were all the interesting paths weaving around the grounds. The meal was outstanding, absolutely sensational, and it was lovely to share a meal with other guests - a welcome change from dining on seperate tables. Easy checkin and we were enthralled with the great location and stunning 180 views of the beach. Apartment was very tastefully decorated, the bed was super comfy and it was warm and cosy. Loved the spa bath and we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely come back thank you :)

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. The on-site free parking was a great bonus especially for Dunedin! The property was clean, modern, comfortable and very well equipped. Shelly the property manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend!
