"Great views and a great location—unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The staff, particularly at the reservation desk, come across as rude, impatient, and noticeably out of sync with the front desk. While the front desk is approachable and helpful, the reservation team seems far more focused on getting money out of you than actually assisting. I’d strongly recommend documenting any interactions, as consistency doesn’t seem to be a priority and information may change depending on who you speak with"

"The Good: Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, especially if you are just staying the night prior to going on a cruise. The not so good: Our room wasn't the cleanest room I've ever seen...it wasn't enough to call someone, but could have just used another vacuuming maybe. Waiting for the elevator on check out day was AWFUL. We waited 15 minutes...couldn't have taken the stairs due to how large/heavy our luggage was. Seemed like a one-off situation though, so giving that a pass."
