"Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "

"The property had every amenity. You can think of it was so convenient to have everything all-in-one place. A little disappointed about being told, we would get a parting gift We were told we'd be able to get it by 7. AM, we were there at 8, and no one was there to give it to us. But not by any means deel breaker to stay there again. We will definitely be back. It does mention that breakfast is available every day.It is not it's only on saturdays and sundays. "
