"The hotel did not have any of our type of room available then when they did it was too close to the street and we could hear everything. We spoke with Michael, the front desk manager and he was able to change it for us. It did take a few extra hours of waiting but we got a better room and the service was most memorable only because of Michael. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was very clean. Lacked towels and face cloths. There weren’t even enough for the 2 of us. Bed was very comfortable. Absolutely terrible design on the sloding balcony door. Broke my finger because there is nothing to stop the door from crushing your hand on the rest of the door. "

While waiting for my Uber, I heard another front-desk associate give a much clearer overview to another guest. Not a deal breaker, just a heads-up for consistency. I’d happily stay again."
