Very comfortable home with beautiful views of the city and nearby hills. Had everything we needed for our trip. Excellent communication and help with a left behind item.
Everything was perfect for our family of six. It was a very well equipped house with comfortable beds, pillows, and everything we needed. The home was conveniently located to all the extracurricular activities that we had planned for the week. Located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking Klamath Falls. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had would highly recommend and plan on staying with them again.
Our families met here to celebrate our moms 75th birthday and it fit us perfectly! We loved the views in the morning and the hot tub was so nice. We had 8 adults and 2 littles, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and we all loved sitting around the large dining table eating and playing games. The house was close to everything we needed to get to. We will be coming back here for our next gathering!
This is a super spacious house with a great vibe! With 4 adult couples it had lots of room for cooking in kitchen, large dining table, areas for games, musical instruments were fun as well! Loved we each had a king bed and the Primary was Incredible...perfect for getting ready for our sons wedding. We especially enjoyed the deck with lights, view and hot tub! Also walked to town for yogurt and to see the lake. Wonderful!
We had a fabulous time at Birds Eye View. We loved all the amenities. A family event with grandparents and siblings to say good luck to our daughter as she starts OIT. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. We enjoyed the record player and our family is musical so we even played guitar and ukulele. Enjoyed pizza from Rodeos and family game night. All around wonderful memories made. Looking forward to our next stay.
The property was very nice, had lots of space and nice features, and a gorgeous view. Beds were big and comfy, and the master bedroom is very nice. We had a good time watching TV together in the cozy TV room, and enjoyed having the record player, musical instruments, and shelf of fun games and interesting books. Loved the bird and nature decor. Only problem was trying to reach the host during our visit, as we did have some questions, but fortunately we didn't have any big issues.
Nice, roomy house, with good amenities. Parking is very limited. Not recommended for snowy/icy time of year. Too much ice, and you'll be stuck on the hill, or unable to get to the house.
This house is amazingly updated and has everything we needed for a very fun evening with our family. There were games, the kitchen was big enough for us to make and enjoy dinner together. We were all fans of having a king size bed in each room.
We spent most of our time on the beautiful patio until we heard gun shots pretty close. We noticed most of the houses around the property were in need of tlc which is fine but this house is definitely the diamond in the rough neighborhood. As we were leaving the next morning, there was a homeless man loitering around the property and at the trash can.
We love your view!! The master bedroom was lovely!! We had a beautiful moon view our first night there.
We were disappointed with the backyard. I know the description said it was fenced but not for escape artists, but I still anticipated it would be mowed. It was so overgrown I felt uncomfortable taking my dog out there. Plus, it seemed like it had not been thoroughly/professionally cleaned. Some of the surfaces still had the last visitors food stuck to them. Overall, we enjoyed the spot. It provided what we needed for a few days break in our trip!
Beautiful home with amazing views! Location is close to everything in Klamath Falls. Hosts are kind, helpful, & quick to respond. Beds are firm. Home is well stocked with all the basics! Bath towels are very thin/small. We travel a lot so I know how helpful reviews can be, so here are some important notes about the cleanliness of the property...Downstairs floors, kitchen sink & master bath toilet were all filthy. I had to mop kitchen floor in order to keep our feet from sticking to it. Back yard grass was a foot tall, making it hard for my dog to poo & making clean-up of poo very messy. When reported to host, they quickly responded that they would have the home deep cleaned, so hopefully next guests won't experience these things. Host was apologetic but did not offer any adjustment to our bill (not required but would've been a nice gesture). Great hosts with a beautiful home, but they would better serve their guests by using a more competent cleaning service.
The property is very clean and very well maintained. Everything met our expectations for the stay. Everyone had great time.It was well stocked. All the information which was provided was accurate. Owners have shared all the information in a detailed document.
Three grandparents, three 30-something’s, two infants, one toddler all fit nicely. Enough bathrooms. Lots of toys and books provided for the little ones. Also a portable crib and high chair. Big deck for the toddler to run around outside. Just blocks from the wedding venue (Ragland theatre) where our niece/cousin/aunt was getting married. Worked out great for us.

Fine, not great
Our stay was a mixed bag of positives and opportunities for improvement:Positives:1. Great view deck2. spacious - plenty of room for everyone3. TV room was great for kids4. 3 full bathrooms are great for larger groups5. pleasant interactions with you as our hostsRoom for improvement:1. the house had not been cleaned / barely cleaned at our check-in. Trashes we all full, floors were very dirty (food from previous renters under dining room table, visible crumbs and dirt on floors, lots of hair in shower drain catcher. It seems like maybe only the linens and towels were refreshed.2. the bedrooms do not have blinds, only cream colored curtains, so the early morning sun was very bright in the rooms, and it doesn't get dark in the summer until after 9 pm. This makes the rooms warm, and too bright to sleep in the morning. Darker curtains or blackout shades would go a long way!
