"Adrian charged more than what was posted on the website for my room. He also charged me $100 additional for a "deposit," which he said would be refunded if I left the room in good conditi8n, and I did. My $100 has not been refunded. Adrian's dogs are kept inhumanely in an on site travel trailer and they barked all night. The grounds are messy, the towels are frayed and the room was cold. I am filing complaints with BBB, Tulelake Police and California State Attorney's office for the return of my money. I am filing a complaint with the ASPCA and County Animal Control in the hope the dogs will be rescued and animal cruelty charges filed. "
