"Booked a room with 2beds months prior. Arrived after midnight (to a sold out hotel) and was told we were “upgraded” and something about a fold out bed. I took that to mean a sofa bed in our room. No…they broke up an adjoining room/suite and had the sofa bed (the only bed) made out for us. I book VIPs and they would have made me change hotels immediately so I’m not sure how they can think this was ok to do. "The whole staff is amazing! Tina greets you every morning for breakfast, then Peaches is there to give you a great experience ! The front desk is so helpful and quick, Michelle does an amazing job! I will definitely stay here again! "

"Aspects of the stay were great, where other areas required improvement. Front desk staff and pool bar staff were great, provisions (restaurant?) staff was not good. The room was good, but was loud (heard cars from outside and AC all day/night). Bed was great. Shower took 10min before water got hot. Coffee machine was broken and there was nowhere to get a cup of coffee on site."

"I gave this hotel a 4 because it really is not bad. We have never stayed at Extended Stay so we didn't know what to expect. The check in was slow because the clerk was brand new and there was a concert in town. The hotel is old and a bit run down but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel sits perfectly for interstate access; easy in and out. It also sits perfectly next to some nice restaurants like Ruth Chris and BBs. Most importantly, we felt very safe!"
