Before I booked this hotel I called them to ask a few questions and the customer service representative was super friendly and helpful! Upon our arrival we were greeted so sweetly by Tabitha and she even helped us pick our coffee destination for the morning. Our room was very clean and we had no issues with our stay! Sure the hotel is maybe a little outdated but we felt like cleanliness was not an issue. The showers also got very hot which I enjoyed. I definitely would recommend staying here!

The bath spigot was really slow … it took 15 minutes to fill the tub. The lobby had a musty smell to it. The staff were really great and helpful; that was the best part of our stay.

There were 2 elevators in the hotel and one of the elevators was inoperable and it appeared to have been that way for sometime. The room was clean and linens were clean but the mattress had a fowl odor. I kept smelling it when laying in bed and traced it to the mattress. The location was good. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

This was a gem for the price. Good pool hours, fitness center had a variety of machines and even dumbells. We came in late and security was present and seemed experienced, aware, and kind. No queen beds, we did 2 doubles.

Only one elevator was working, and it was slow due to the number of guests needing to use it. The air conditioner in one of our rooms wasn't working well, it was too hot, though we didn't mention it to management because my son said he was fine. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall it was a good stay and I wouldn't mind returning.

Wyndham Gardens has become my go to Jacksonville hotel for short trips and I have enjoyed the hotel. This location has been perfect for our 1-2 nights stays for concerts and shows. Only a 15 minute drive to the stadium and plenty of restaurants and attractions. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, hotel including the lobby, hallways and room are clean and comfortable. There's no complimentary breakfast but there is a restaurant attached (prices are a bit steep) and places to eat close by, for longer stays that may be a draw back but for the 1-2 nights stays I do it has been fine.

Room was clean, ac was working, bathroom was also clean.. but I would consider replacing the furniture in the room. The reason for my three stars is because there was one elevator that wasn’t working so it took a while to go back and forth to the room, also there is no hot breakfast option. Staff was friendly, checking in and out was smooth. There was no ice machine either, people were making noises almost at all times.
